Q - Can I request a refund/exchange if I am not happy with my original painting?

A - Yes, you can request a refund or an exchange.  Please e-mail me at info@gillianparkerart.com to discuss.  I will contact you within 48 hours.  I want you to be happy with your artwork and so I offer a 'no quibble' return or exchange within 30 days of purchase on original artwork.  (I cannot offer a refund on a print as they are print on demand).

Returns must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition ie. as the artwork was sent to you.

Q - Is your work 100% genuine?

A - Absolutely, all original artwork is created by myself.  All prints are taken from my paintings.   

Q - Is it safe to pay online with my debit/credit card?

A - Yes, I am an affiliate of Shopify payments.  Your personal security is extremely important to me hence the reason I use Shopify.
