Returns and Refunds

I offer a 30-day no quibble return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact me at info@gillianparkerart.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 44 Infirmary Road, WORKINGTON, Cumbria CA14 2UG.  You may return the painting using Royal Mail or another courier but please send using a tracking method, as I cannot guarantee a refund if I do not receive the artworkback.

You can always contact me for any return questions at info@gillianparkerart.com or ring me on 07938399592 after 5.30pm or anytime Saturday and Sunday.  I may be busy when you call so please either send a text and I will get back to you or try again.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  This will enable me to resolve the problem.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissions are non-returnable as these have been lovingly created for your specific needs.  

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or prints.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the artwork that you have chosen from my website is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.  As above, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return.  If I am happy with the condition of the artwork you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
